He received his Degree in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the University of Turin in 1998 and his Specialization in Orthodontics, with honors, from the same University in 2001. University training was completed with a PhD in Morphological Sciences, obtained in 2007 at the University of Milan. In 2009, he attended the Orofacial Pain Course at the Dental School of the University of New Jersey (USA).From 2017 to 2022, he was Researcher and Aggregate Professor at the University of Turin. He has won national and international awards for presenting research in orthodontics and temporomandibular disorders. He has authored and co-authored more than 100 publications. A Past-President of the European Aligner Society, he is an active member of SIDO and an affiliate member of the Angle Society, North Atlantic Component.
