He graduated in Dentistry at D'Annunzio University of Chieti in 2001; at the same university he obtained the PhD in 2006. After post-graduated training programs in orthodontics, by a three-year course at the G. Cozzani Center in La Spezia, and a two-year post-graduate journey in San Diego, California, at Dr R.P. McLaughlin’s office, he became a Specialist at D'Annunzio university in 2008. Dr. Ciuffolo is author of publications, holds courses and gives lectures; he is also a member of the Italian Board of Orthodontics, obtaining the Italian Certification of Excellence in Orthodontics, in Rome in 2011; in 2012, he joined the International College of Dentists in Munich as a Fellow, while in 2015 in London, he received the European Certification of Excellence in Orthodontics, as a member of the European Board of Orthodontics. He is currently the head of Ciuffolo-Ferritto orthodontic clinic where he also carries out training activities.
